Royal Chitwan National Park has been enlisted in UNESCO Natural Heritage list in 1979.  The national park is placed in southern-central Nepal. Chitwan lying 150m, above the sea level; on the northern part of the park holds the floodplains of the rivers like Reu, Narayani, and Rapti. To the south, the park spreads to the mounts of the Siwalik range. Walking or having an elephant ride all around Chitwan National Park will accede to mark several species of wild lives and birds as well as also mesmerizes you with its natural setting, wide and deep forest, affluent grasslands and more.

In particular, a figure of 500 Asian one-horned rhinoceros, hundred Royal Bengal Tigers will engross you and you will also get a chance to spot clumsy elephants, crocodile, deer, python, wild cats, langur, leopards, rhesus monkey, grey deer; different assortment of plants; various species of birds which will arrest you during the trip. This exciting activity in Royal Chitwan National Park will not just enthrall you with its natural beauty but let you acknowledge its culture as well. The best time to visit the National Park is in between March to June when the moist encloses the entire path around whereas the autumn months are pleasant to discern the mountain views. Day 01: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park.

Day 01: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park.
Today, you will arrive at Bharatpur Airport by flight from Kathmandu. We take our private vehicle and then drive to Chitwan National Park passing through the landscape of Nepal all along the Trishuli River. Upon your arrival at the park, the hotel representative will greet you and you will move to the hotel. You will also make a trip to Sauraha Museum; witness sunset scene from the bank of River Rapti, have a Tharu village stroll and go around Elephant Breeding Center. Also, you will observe Tharu cultural dance performed by the local villagers. Overnight at the hotel in Chitwan National Park.

Day 02: Jungle activities.
Today, you will visit the park on elephant’s back or a jeep and make way to visit Crocodile Breeding Center. We will also see the infant rhino and on our way back we will witness an elephant bath. On the other hand, you can set off for the canoe ride or go for a jungle walk as well. Overnight at hotel in Chitwan National Park.

Day 03: Birdwatching.
Today we will have a bird watching program on the river shore and you will spot more than 250 species of birds in the national park. Overnight at the hotel in Chitwan National Park.

Day 03: Departure from Chitwan.
In the morning, we will walk through the jungle before making our way back. And after that, you head off from Chitwan National Park with outstanding memories. Returning back to the capital, we will move to our hotel. We can do some shopping in Thamel or we also have options for going around Kathmandu for sightseeing which we have missed on the 2nd day of our trip. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 04 Departure.
Today you will head off from this wonderful Himalayan homeland, Nepal.  We look forward to meeting you again.

  • Nepal entrance visa fee US$ 30 (period 60 days from the day of issue) - you may with no trouble get the visa as soon as you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
  • Trip termination costs, rescue & journey insurance, mishap or health emergency, migration, loss, stealing or damage to luggage and individual effects. We advise you to take out individual travel insurance.
