Rolwaling Trek located to the west of Everest and close to the Tibetan border that bestows a spectacular landscape of the Menlungtse Peaks and Gauri Shankar. Rolwaling Trek beneath Gauri Shankar (7145m) and has an outstanding well-off in bio-diversity making the area one of the most excellent tourist destination. Most significantly, en-route, trekkers will be enthralled by striking vistas of Pharchamo Peak (6187m)

During Rolwaling Trek, we traverse upstream all along the Tama Koshi River all the way through lush tropical woods and striking lower hill communities of Chhetri and Brahmin. The Sherpa community of Simigaun hangs around high up on the edge. Also, the way enters Alpine jungles and pebbly scenery and to the aged monastery in Bedding. From here we will see a breathtaking sight of the peak- Chekigo (6735 m), Kang Nachugo (6735 m), Bamongo (6400 m), Tsoboje (6689 m), etc. From here we start to Tashi Laptsa, the tricky pass of this area. The base camp for Pachermo will be located near the Tashi Laptsa pass at an elevation of 5755m.  Then, we go by the final leftovers of community-dwelling, yak pastures and huge Glacier Lake, start the way upward to the Trakarding Glacier and get to Tashi Lapcha (5755m), which give wonderful sights of the Rolwaling Range as well as the glacier valley below. To the apex of the pass, we can look at both faces of the Rolwaling and the Khumbu valley.

The Rolwaling valley is perpendicular and covers in deep forests; so the Ascends are vertical upright. Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival
After onset to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel by the representative of Gorakhakali Travel and Tours. You will be briefed about the plans trekking. You have a free afternoon in the hotel you can relax.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
After having breakfast, we have sightseeing around Kathmandu city.  You will visit Swayambhunath Stupa well-liked as ‘Monkey Temple’ and here we can see an eye-catching view of Kathmandu valley from the hillock.  Visiting Pashupatinath temple, renowned as Hindus most holy temple is an additional mark to walk around in Kathmandu. And, getting a glimpse of famous places for art and architecture recruited in UNESCO World Heritage List like Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Patan Durbar Square will be the important one. After accomplishing the sightseeing plan, our qualified and trained guide will brief you about the trek. Also, you will be prepared with all the essential equipment for trekking. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive to Jagat (1,150m) via Dolakha
After having an early breakfast, we will take a bus from Kathmandu to reach Jagat lying at 1, 150m passing through Dolakha and then Charikot(1980m). Overnight in Jagat.

Day 04: Trek to Simigaun (1,900m)
Today, from Dolakha we trek along the west bank of the Tama Koshi and reach Chetchet where we enjoy a view of an attractive waterfall. We continue moving downward for an hour or more, we again climb mounting to the village of Simigaon. Then we make a gentle walk up to the lodge. From this village, we could see Mt.Gaurishankar more clearly.

Day 04: Trek to Dovan (2,850m)
Our path moves us to north-east passing all the way through the wide rhododendron and magnolia woods and grazing land with more than a few clearings used for summer grazing. We take the elevated path that ascends steeply to the edge of the Sambur Danda, going across the Daldung La lying at an elevation of 3,976m. Our walk over the hillside and after that sliding to the river going by more huts in a region called Gyalche. After getting to the valley floor we move toward a small wooden bridge to reach our campsite at Dovan. Overnight here.

Day 05: Trek to Beding (3,690m)
Today, after crossing the Rolwaling River, we will take a flat trail through the forests on the northern side. Then we make a steady ascent and after that, we arrive at small villages of Ramding and Nyimare. We keep on walking through the fields and get to Beding, the main Sherpa community in the Rolwaling region located in a narrow ravine. Here you discover a Gompa, a Hillary school, and some thatched homes. Overnight in Beding.

Day 06: Trek to Na Gaun (4,180m)
We trek all along much high path for three hours or more all along the Rolwaling River. The topography is full of an inspiring panorama of the surrounding elevated landscapes, and the snow-topped peaks. We have to walk slowly to get to know ourselves all the way upward to Na Gaun. From where we can observe the stunning summit of Chobutse at 6,689m that rises on top of the Tsho Rolpa at the meeting of the Trakarding glaciers and Ripimo Shar.

Day 07 Rest day at Na Gaun to explore the surrounding
Today, after having a long trek you will have full day rest in Na Gaun. Optionally, you can go to the local areas. In the evening, we will be amused by a dance party with Nepalese folk songs. Rest at the camp in Na Gaun.

Day 08: Trek to Tsho Rolpa Lake
Today, we will cross the stream to the south shore and after that follow a low stream to a traversing point near Yersa at Sangma. After going across the wooden bridge we will go up on moraines steeply on top of the major stream until we get to the terminal moraine. We will place our camp on sandy level land to the south part of the Tsho Rolpa at Kabuk. From here we can see the splendid views of the nearby peaks including Tsoboje (6,689m), Dragker-Go (6,793m) etc.

Day 09: Trek to Drolambau Glacier near Tashi Laptsa Base Camp (5,400m.)
Today we pass all the way through the moraine on top of north face from the lake and carry on walking along the moraine, rarely passing the rock. As the walk follows elevated incline on top of the glacier to evade the inferior section but moving up we will have to trek all along the center on the firm rock glacier to our campsite beneath the Drolambu ice-fall. The gradual walk leads us to the low point of the icefall and after that climbing to the easy point to enlarge the Dromlambu glacier. We then stop for the overnight after finding the campsite where the glacier level out, here we will be bounded by excellent high peak scenery in this untamed and impressive set.

Day 10: Cross Tashi Laptsa Pass
Today we start our trek well in front of sunrise subsequent to the glacier and after that get a spur which gives an easy way into our path on the upper glacier. We will fix ropes even though the scenery is not so difficult. After everything is placed for the final ascent, further 3-4 hours way up amidst untamed and unbelievable vista leads us to the apex of the pass at our uppermost point, Tashi Laptsa Pass, where we will also see Buddhist prayer flags and Cairns. This will be the longest day of the trek. From the pass, we will enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding snow-capped peaks. Then we will walk downward for another 3-4 hours to Ngole to stay overnight.

Day 11: Trek to Thyangbo kharka (4350m)
Today, we will walk all the way through the glacier. We will have a reasonably easy walk than before. The track goes downward and in the end, we reach Thyomgbo today for the overnight stay.

Day 12: Trek to Thame (3820m)
To begin with, today, the trail steadily descends and the walk is much easier. Today you will be mesmerized by the topography and scenic beauty you will pass along. Overnight stay at a lodge.

Day 13: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m)
The trail progressively descends to Sanasa (3550m) and passes few villages as well as teashops. Then the trail goes down steeply to a bridge above Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga. Even though the trail can be wearing but you will enjoy with frequent attractions- superb mountain panorama and rhododendron forests. We will pass through the Sherpa village the track goes crisscross to Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar recognized as the doorway to Everest includes many quality restaurants, lodges, hotels, shops, money exchanges, bakeries, internet cafes etc. Namche is one of the major villages all along the whole Everest trail. Overnight at guesthouse in Namche Bazaar.

Day 14: Rest day at Namche Bazaar
We will rest for today with the intention of acclimatizing and adjusting to the air at higher elevation. We can also have a short trek and encounter with the traditional way of life of the Sherpa inhabitants. Today we trek up to the Syangboche Airport from where we can see gratifying views of the Himalayas with spectacular sunrise and sunset above the scene of Khumbu peaks. Overnight at guesthouse in Namche Bazaar.

Day 15: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Finally, we go back to Lukla where the trek began, which will give the impression like a lifetime ago; having time to reflect on the walk as a group and the individual achievement of accomplishing the trek. Overnight at guesthouse in Lukla.

Day 16: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu
Today you will head off from this wonderful Himalayan homeland, Nepal.  We look forward to meeting you again.
