Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding(2610m).
We will drive to Kathmandu airport and take up a flight to reach Lukla (2804m) taking just about 40 minutes. From Lukla, we will move down on a wide track to the north of the town of Choplung in the Dudh Koshi Valley. The Valley gives out energy all the way through striking pine and rhododendron woods. We will follow the river's route passing all the way via the settlement of Ghat. To end our trek for today, we will walk to an arresting village of Phakding. Overnight at the tea house in Phakding.

Day 03: Phakding to Payang.
We will today move ahead from Phakding and descent beside the Dudh Kosi, earlier than making a final climb to arrive at the Surke village. From Khumbu, move down to the south direction to a crossroads in the community called Chablung to descend the track that continues soothingly downhill to reach Surke. We will continue our trek with steep way sometimes passing through the community, Paiya La lying at the crest of the large hanging vale above the Dudh Koshi. Overnight in Payang

Day 04: Payan to Pengum (3100m).
We will begin the Arun Valley Trek by parting from the well-liked Everest traveler track and walk above the Dudh Koshi valley all the way through to Pangum. At times the landscape can be annoying, with the path turning away to side valleys and being far-off from a straight line to Pangum, yet it is an attention-grabbing region to trek. Overnight in Pengum.

Day 05: Pangum to Na Dingma (3178m).
We will depart from Pangum and reach Basme which includes a second less obvious track that moves ahead and down to the valley to the north direction. Continue ascending to the east surface of the valley to the Sherpa community of Chereme. You can have a sight of a swing bridge (1850m), rocks wrapping the larger gaps flanked by planks and tree branches. Look back across the vale to the track opposite downhill almost perpendicularly into the valley. We will traverse the second main ridge mark then move down into the lush and progressively more inhabited Hongu valley. We will have an easy walk to Boksom or La to Na Dingma. Completing 5 hours trek we will spend overnight in NA Dingma.

Day 06: Na Dingma to Bung (1670m).
Leaving Najingdingma, traverse a small river then make a quick climb to arrive at Surkie La, also recognized as Sipki La. This rock-strewn and now and then muddy climb can be greasy at times. From the pass, we will make another small ascend up to a trail to a watch that offers an arresting view of the reverse of the Khumbu Mountain. We have a short day walk but not the easy one since we need to get through Satu L which is the first of the three passes on the trek. We will go to the Inukhu Valley and expectantly have some great vistas including Mere peak. The trail intersection is in a short distance beneath the pass; we will turn left for Cheskam and walk to the right for the straight track to Bung. Overnight in Bung.

Day 07: Bung to Sanam (3260m).
Make a tricky way up today out of the Hongu, then carry on the first phase of the climb to Salpa Bhanjyang. This remote section of the way makes a short return to Sherpa settlement with plenty of stunning waterfalls and forests. We will then turn right all the way through the bamboo thickets to traverse the bridge above the Hongu River. The path to Gudel from Bung is regarded as the hardest one. Walking via Sherpa village all along the Nimstola Gomba caught en-route will make you arrive at Sanam. Overnight in Sanam.

Day 08: Sanam to Salpha Phedi.
We will make big descent today to the warmer Irkhuwa Valley, a branch of the Arun basin. After that, the track turns north going across the Lidung River and passing via a clear then steadily stepping all the way through a truly wonderful wooded valley enclosed with lynching moss. En-route you will find some teahouses run by Sherpa and Rai family. Overnight in Salpha Phedi.

Day 09: Salpha Phedi to Chyawabensi.
On this day, we will continue to ascend through a magnificent forest to Salpa La, the uppermost point of the trek. Possibly we will go around the lake at Salpa Pokhari close to the pass, which is holy to Hindus. We will follow the Irkhuwa River to assemble with the Arun, first mainstream lying east of the Dudh Kosi. The grand Arun will come into view rather like a profound green snake moving southward in the valley beneath. The path turns on through sub-tropical forest downward to the community of Balawa Besi lying on the right shore of the Arun. And then we will walk passing the rice paddies and reach Kartike Pul. And a final point for today, we will reach Chyawabesi, a Chhetri village where we can find several small lodges. Overnight in Chyawabensi.

Day 10: Chyawanbensi to Tumlingtar.
Our trail today wanders next to the Arun all the way through the steaming forest, sometimes turning away across sandy seaside. Even though we have relatively short hike down a valley to reach Tumlingtar, we may have the advantage if we start early. Overnight in Tumlingtar.

Day 11: Tumlingtar to Kathmandu.
Today morning we will proceed to transfer to Airport for taking the flight back to Kathmandu. Returning back to the capital, we will move to our hotel. We can do some shopping in Thamel or we also have options for going around Kathmandu for sightseeing which we have missed on the 2nd day of our trip. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
