Trek to Narphu combines a walk to isolated villages-Nar and Phu. Also, you will pass by narrow canyons, amazing rock formations, lovely forests, monasteries, Kang La Pass, gigantic peaks, far-flung villages, glaciers, monasteries and distinctive mountain cultures and distinctive Himalayan cultures. All you need to have is physical fitness to go on this trek. Nar Phu Trek can be a camping trek or teahouse trek. Tea House Trekking is a comparatively cheap mode of trekking and is one of the great ways to tie with some of the local ways of life and culture.

To begin the trek we will walk on the sneaky peak path through Syange downward the bank for some time. The path gets fixed into the steep cliff-face in around 200-300m on top of the river bed. Then we will move down to the rock village of Jagat. And passing all the way through a forest, we will get there to Chamje, which is noticeable by a grand cascade on the converse bank. We will move down to a lush riverbank which takes us to Tal. Also, beautiful scenes of mountains are visible from here and after gradual way up and downward we will reach Koto. Today we cross the threshold of the restricted region of Narphu valley leaving Koto. The track is challenging with a rocky path and then we will have a long walk to reach Meta. Likewise, we will have a gradual way up and move downhill to reach Phu village. We will be rewarded by the mountains of Annapurna ranges. Moreover, we will walk through a glacier and walk along the Phu River today. After having an amazing time in Phu village, today we will leave Nar Village and trek to Nar Village passing through SatyaGgompa, Mahendra Pul and ascend up to Nar village. Additionally, we will move ahead with Kangla pass. From Kangla Pass you will observe Annapurna range and walk downward to Ngawal. We will depart from Manang where the scene is alike to Tibetan plateau. Near Brathangs village, an incredible waterfall can be viewed. Pisang falling in the lap of the Pisang Peak is one of the popular peaks to mount. And then we will return back with wonderful memories.

Day 01: Arriving in Kathmandu (1250m).
After onset to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel by the representative of Gorakhakali Travel and Tours. You will be briefed about the plans trekking. You have a free afternoon in the hotel you can relax.

Day 02: Kathmandu-Besisahar-Syange (1100m).
Early morning today we will drive to Besisahar by local bus and after that, we will drive to Syange by local Jeep taking around 8 or 9 hours. On the way, we will pass Trishuli and Marsyangdi River( renowned river rafting) and village scenery. Overnight at lodge in Besisahar.

Day 03: Syange-Taal-Dharapani (1950m).
Soon subsequent to the vertical V-shape form of Marsyangdi valley, we will walk on the sneaky peak path through Syange downward the bank for some time. The path gets fixed into the steep cliff-face in around 200-300m on top of the river bed. Then we will move down to the rock village of Jagat. And passing all the way through a forest, we will get there to Chyamje, which is noticeable by a grand cascade on the converse bank. We go on a rising and falling path on top of the river with a thrilling crossover via the suspension bridge. We will move down to a lush riverbank which takes us to Tal. Then we will notice gorge getting narrower and the trail becomes high and blow. Before the pathway drops once more to the river, we have a small part of cliff walking. We move all the way through a suspension bridge yet again and go up the short distance to arrive at Dharapani. We will complete the trek in approximately 5 hours. Overnight in Dharapani.

Day 04: Dharapani-Timang-Koto (2670m).
We will leave Dharapani to Koto today passing through Bagarchhap and Danaque vertically climb up to Timang .Beautiful scenes of mountains are visible from here and after gradual way up and downward we will reach Koto. It takes around 6 hours walk then stay overnight at lodge in Koto.

Day 05: Koto-Dharmasala-Meta (3200m).
Today we cross the threshold of the restricted region of Narphu valley leaving Koto. We will walk alongside the Nar River and a forest.The track is challenging with a rocky path and then we will have a long walk to reach Meta. It takes around 8 hours walk to reach Meta then reside overnight at lodge in Meta.

Day 06: Meta-Kyang- Phu Village (4050m).
On this day, we will walk to Phu Village. Walking for around 8 hours via desert region and local village-Chyakhu and Kang village we will have a gradual way up and move downhill to reach Phu village. We will be rewarded by the mountains of Annapurna ranges. Overnight at lodge in Phu Village.

Day 07: Rest Day in Phu Village.
We will have a rest day today for we had a long walk a day before. Optionally we can explore around the Tashi Gompa and in the region of the villages. Overnight at same lodge.

Day 08: Excursion Day to Himlung Base Camp.
Today we will hike to Himlung Base Camp taking around 5 hours. We will walk through a glacier and walk along the Phu River today. Overnight at lodge.

Day 09: Phu Village-Mahendra Pul- Nar Village (4150m).
After having the amazing time in Phu village, today we will leave Nar Village and trek to Nar Village passing through SatyaGgompa,  Mahendra Pul and ascend up to Nar village. Taking around 8 hours we will reach Nar Village which is the final point for today. Overnight at lodge in Nar Village.

Day 10: Explore the Nar Village.
We will on this day walk around the Nar village and visit 4 monasteries. Overnight at same lodge in Nar Village.

Day 11: Nar Village to Kangla Pass (5306m) to Ngawal (3675m).
Today is one of the challenging day and a long day trek and get up early in the morning and move ahead to Kangla pass. From Kangla Pass you will observe Annapurna range and walk downward to Ngawal which takes around 9 hours. Overnight at lodge in Ngwal.

Day 12: Ngawal-Manang (3540m).
Today we will have a short march to Manang Village. One can take a trip around to see the sights of the town. Gangapurna Lake comes into view which is pleasant. We can also walk around mountaineering school which provides essential mountaineering training set by Nepal Mountaineering Association. Overnight in Manang.

Day 13: Manang-Pisang (2700m).
We will depart from Manang where the scene is alike to Tibetan plateau. The trek of more or less 3 hours seems to be slower, however, takes a long time to cover up shorter way because of the difficulty in breathing with the wonderful views of Annapurna en-route. In addition, we can observe Peak 29 and Himchuli at the back. Near Brathangs village, an incredible waterfall can be viewed. Pisang falling in the lap of the Pisang Peak is one of the popular peaks to mount. And the east mountain of Annapurna II, as well as the northeast peak of Pisang, rewards us. Ultimately, we will be captured by the sight of long mani wall next to the bridge and lower community of Pisang. Overnight in Pisang.

Day 14: Pisang - Manang (3520m).
We will today move to Manang from Pisang. We will acquire the opportunity to experience the magnificent path with the pastures for yaks, horses, and cattle. The track even offers a number of fantastic views of the peak of Annapurna. Also, we will see flapping prayer flags which decorate the houses. Overnight in Manang.

Day 15: Chame-Syange-Besisahar (830m).
With around 6 hours drive we will today reach Besisahar from Chame passing through Dharapani- Syange. Chame is the administrative headquarter and capital of Manang district. Overnight at lodge in Besisahar.

Day 16: Besisahar-Kathmandu.
On this day we will drive back to Kathmandu taking 5 hours from Besisahar. Returning back to the capital, we will move to our hotel. We can do some shopping in Thamel or we also have options for going around Kathmandu for sightseeing which we have missed on the 2nd day of our trip. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 17: Final Departure.
Today you will head off from this wonderful Himalayan homeland, Nepal.  We look forward to meeting you again.
