Mesokanta La Pass Trek is set in the west part of Nepal lying near with Annapurna ranges and just on top Tilicho Lake rests which is well-liked as the uppermost lake on the globe. The adventure cravers also distinguish Mesokanta La as Tilicho Pass.  We will be required to use the climbing equipment and trekkers must be skilled in utilizing it.

During the trek, we will firstly reach Besisahar the H.Q. of Lamjung district to begin our trek. We can view some picturesque views of renowned peaks all along with soothing natural magnificence from here. And driving through Prithvi Highway, we will pass with an outstanding sight of Marsyangdi River. You will walk to Manang, we will visit Milarepa's cave where an arresting monastery is located. Leaving Manang, we will shift to Khangsar Village after that we will move to the Kangar River valley all the way through rising and falling path. We will set off from Khangsar Village and get to an altitude of 4200m at Tilicho Base Camp. And most significantly, we will go in the region of Tilicho Lake as well as observe the wonderful scenery of the Tilicho Peak and adjacent areas.

Outline Itinerary:

Day 01: Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport, transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley, overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Drive to Besisahar, overnight at tented camp.
Day 04: Trek to Bahundanda, overnight at tented camp.
Day 05: Trek to Chamje, overnight at tented camp
Day 06: Trek to Dharapani, overnight at tented camp.
Day 07: Trek to Chame, overnight at tented camp.
Day 08: Trek to Pisang, overnight at tented camp.
Day 09: Trek to Manang, overnight at tented camp.
Day 10: Acclimatization at Manang, overnight at tented camp
Day 11: Trek to Khangsar village, overnight at tented camp.
Day 12: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp, overnight at tented camp.
Day 13: Trek to Tilicho Lake (4919-meter), overnight at tented camp.
Day 14: Trek to Nam Phu Kharka after crossing Mesokanta La pass (5315meter), overnight at tented camp.
Day 15: Trek to Jomsom, overnight at guesthouse.
Day 16: Fly out to Pokhara, overnight at hotel.
Day 17: Back to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
Day 18: Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination.
Day 01: Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport, transfer to hotel.
After onset to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel by the representative of Gorakhakali Travel and Tours. You will be briefed about the plans trekking. You have a free afternoon in the hotel you can relax.

Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley, overnight at hotel.
After having breakfast, we have sightseeing around Kathmandu city.  You will visit Swayambhunath Stupa well-liked as ‘Monkey Temple’ and here we can see an eye-catching view of Kathmandu valley from the hillock.  Visiting Pashupatinath temple, renowned as Hindus most holy temple is an additional mark to walk around in Kathmandu. And, getting a glimpse of famous places for art and architecture recruited in UNESCO World Heritage List like Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Patan Durbar Square will be the important one. After accomplishing the sightseeing plan, our qualified and trained guide will brief you about the trek. Also, you will be prepared with all the essential equipment for trekking. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive to Besisahar, overnight at tented camp.
From Kathmandu, we will drive all the way through Pokhara highway to reach Besisahar taking around 6 hours to get there. Besisahar is the H.Q. of Lamjung district. We can view some picturesque views of renowned peaks all along with soothing natural magnificence from here. Overnight at the tented camp.

Day 04: Trek to Bahundanda, overnight at tented camp.        
Taking approximately 8 hours we will drive through Prithvi Highway with an outstanding sight of Marsyangdi River. We will then get to our destination Bahundanda for today where we will spend the night. Overnight at camp.

Day 05: Trek to Chamje, overnight at tented camp
Soon subsequent to the vertical V-shape form of Marsyangdi valley; we will walk on the sneaky peak path through Syange downward the bank for some time. The path gets fixed into the steep cliff-face in around 200-300m on top of the river bed. We will move down to the rock village of Jagat.Then we will tumble downward until we will reach the river and after that start to climb yet again all the way through a forest. We will get there to Chamje, which is noticeable by a grand cascade on the converse bank. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 06: Trek to Dharapani, overnight at tented camp.
We will go on a rising and fall path on top of the river with a thrilling crossover via the suspension bridge. We will move down to a lush riverbank which takes us to Tal. Then we will notice gorge getting narrower and the trail becomes high and blow. Before the pathway drops once more to the river, we have a small part of cliff walking. We move all the way through a suspension bridge yet again and go up the short distance to arrive at Dharapani. We will complete the trek in approximately 5 hours. Overnight in Dharapani. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 07: Trek to Chame, overnight at tented camp.
The well-known Dudh Khola originated from the south facade of Manaslu, come into on the reverse bank as we traverse the slight plain from the village. The Marsyangdi then veer off to the left side and as Annapurna II comes into our site. We will we reach to Bagarchhap. With the stunning sceneries of Annapurna II (7939) and Manaslu, we will go on our walking to the woods of Fir and stony path. Later, we get there to the administrative headquarter and capital of Manang district, Chame in the shore of a river. We will walk for about 5 hours. Overnight in Chame.

Day 08: Trek to Pisang, overnight at tented camp.
We will begin our trek with the dazzling sight of Lamjung Himal [6893m] in the break of sunrise from where we will move ahead to reach Pisang. Near Brad hangs village, an incredible waterfall can be viewed. Pisang falling in the lap of the Pisang Peak is one of the popular peaks to mount. And the east mountain of Annapurna II, as well as the northeast peak of Pisang, rewards us. Ultimately, we will be captured by the sight of long mani wall next to the bridge and lower community of Pisang. Overnight in Pisang.

Day 09: Trek to Manang, overnight at tented camp.
With around 4 hours walk we will acquire the opportunity to experience the magnificent path with the pastures for yaks, horses, and cattle. The track even offers a number of fantastic views of the peak of Annapurna. After the short hike from Pisang community the path move away and one rise towards the Nawal for the most excellent view of Annapurna range. In the middle of flapping prayer flags which decorate the houses, we will stay overnight.

Day 10: Acclimatization at Manang, overnight at tented camp
We will have a day rest for acclimatization in Manang. The troubles and ways to be in safe hands about high elevation sickness will be briefed by your guide. One can take a trip around to see the sights of the town. Gangapurna Lake comes into view which is pleasant. We can also walk around mountaineering school which provides essential mountaineering training set by Nepal Mountaineering Association. Overnight in Manang.

Day 11: Trek to Khangsar village, overnight at tented camp.
Leaving Manang, on this day we will trek to Khangsar Village. We will reach the Kangar River valley passing all the way through up and down a path. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 12: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp, overnight at tented camp.
Leaving Khangsar Village, today we will turn up at an elevation of 4200m at Tilicho Base Camp. W will set our camp. Overnight at the base camp.

Day 13: Trek to Tilicho Lake (4919-meter), overnight at tented camp.
We will walk to Tilicho Lake today. And lighten up witnessing the splendid landscape of the Tilicho Peak and nearby areas. And afterward, we will go back to Kangsar. Overnight at the camp again.

Day 14: Trek to Nam Phu Kharka after crossing Mesokanta La pass (5315meter), overnight at tented camp.
On this day, we will trek to Nam Phu Khrka departing from Tilicho Lake. We will traverse Mesokanta La Pass lying at an elevation of 5315m. This is the highest point of the trek. The walk is challenging but rewarding too. Overnight at the tented camp.

Day 15: Trek to Jomsom, overnight at guesthouse.
As the path continues towards Jomsom, the panorama becomes barren with its blend of a gray and brown environment with the snow-capped peaks- Tilicho, Nilgiri etc. The rigid winds start on to rapidity on our path to Jomsom. Overnight at Lodge in Jomsom.

Day 16: Fly out to Pokhara, overnight at hotel.
Today we will go away this charming city Pokhara and return to busy Kathmandu city. Returning back to the capital, we will move to our hotel. We can do some shopping in Thamel or we also have options for going around Kathmandu for sightseeing which we have missed on the 2nd day of our trip. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 17: Back to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
Today we will go away this charming city Pokhara and return to busy Kathmandu city. Returning back to the capital, we will move to our hotel. We can do some shopping in Thamel or we also have options for going around Kathmandu for sightseeing which we have missed on the 2nd day of our trip. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 18: Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination.
Today you will head off from this wonderful Himalayan homeland, Nepal.  We look forward to meeting you again.
