Everest Base Camp Trekking is the most desired and destined trekking destination for trekking enthusiasts all over the world. This trek offers you the breathtaking experience of cultural awareness, staggering mountain vistas, natural landscape, and spiritual reawakening—all blended with adventure. You shall be following the path traveled by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa—the first climbers of Mt. Everest. And no matter how many times you trek throughout this trial, you shall always find something new to be amazed at. The early sunrise view from Kalapatthar is one of the most breathtaking views in this trek; as the rays flood the mountains a sharp wonderful captivation shall captivate you for some moment, and you could do nothing more than devouring as much as possible with your eyes and storing it for lamentation! And as you reach the base of the world’s highest mountain—so close that you might feel like you could touch with your hands, you shall never find enough words to explain that feeling.
Trekking to Everest Base camp will essentially take you to the base of the highest peak on the earth, Mt. Everest (8848m). The trek will join the most adventurous Routes while mounting to Everest Base Camp. However, it does not need experiences of past trekking and you don’t need being great trekkers. Actually, anyone with physically healthy could go for it. Along with the awe-inspiring vistas, we will notice colorful prayer flags; carved prayer main stones; traditional values embraced by Sherpa world; climbing Kalapathar (18,190 ft) for an eye-catching close-up panoramic sight of Everest and other main peaks are the highlights of the Everest Base Camp Trek. We will begin our trek as soon as we reach Lukla lying at 2804m. From Phakding, we will descend towards the Dudh Koshi River where we connect the key track to Namche Bazaar, situated just on top of Chaunrikharka (2713 m). We go on trekking along the side Dudh Koshi, going across this magnificent river several times on thrilling suspension bridges loaded with prayer flags. After going to the Sagarmatha National Park, the track climbs up letting us witness the spectacular views. Furthermore, the trek will move all along the speeding up Dudh Koshi with wonderful views of the peaks. We will move to an elevation of 3860 m today. Also, we will walk down to Denbuche and go across another stirring suspension bridge above the Imja River, and mount to Pangboche surrounded by a lot of main stones. As we reach the base camp. Significantly, hiking to Kala Patthar is the easier than a done experience yet gratifying day of the trek. We will climb up to Mt. Kala Patthar, a small crest at 5555 meters. The climb is demanding but the hiker gets the most glorious mountain landscape: Everest, the highest peak on the earth at 8848 m, towers straight to the front and on all sides seem the other massive Nuptse, Chagatse, Pumori, Lhotse and innumerable others. Everest Base Camp Trek doesn’t require any athletic body fitness to accomplish; a moderate level of fitness accomplished by few trekking experience and exercise is sufficient. In addition to this, your ankles or knees shouldn’t have any problems or any other kind of skeleton problems that might severely affect trekking. Some exercises prior to the trekking can be the additional benefit as it brings your body in proper shape. Few trekking experiences make your body familiar to adapt to the high altitude area containing the lesser amount of oxygen in the air. However, there are some other trekking packages that are designed for senior citizens and children, for example, Everest Mini Trek, Everest View Trek, etc. This trek does not cover the high altitude areas in the Everest region but is limited to some important places in the lower altitude area.
March through to May, and September through to November are considered to trek in Nepal, for any trekking destination. However, October is the busiest month of all; you shall find quite a number of trekkers trekking during this month. During March through to May, the temperature is pleasing; the lower region isn’t much hot and the high region isn’t much cold, either. You can also do this trek during the winter season, but the weather is pretty cold and you might be trekking miserably during this season, which is not everybody’s cup of tea.
Kalapatthar (5,555 m) is the highest point you shall be made during this trek. Starting your trekking from Lukla (2,804 m), you cover the altitude of about 3,000 m during this trek, ascending and descending it. You shall be trekking via several settlements inhabited by cheerful Sherpas, pass several waterfalls, cross several suspension bridges, make lots of ascending and descending, and witness the majestic mountains soaring high. You shall be eating pancakes, Sherpa stew, chapatti, oats, egg, etc. with tea or coffee for breakfast. The most pervasive dish for lunch is Dal Bhat. There is a sufficient number of teahouses, lodges, and hotels throughout the trials to accommodate it. G.K. Majestic Trek Pvt. Ltd designs 14 days Everest Base Camp Trek which will present you a chance put eyes on the highest peak as well as other beautiful landscape. This exciting walk in the Everest region gives you the option to carry out a dream witnessing some of the most magnificent scenery of the Himalayas.

This past January I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek. From the moment I stepped off the plane in Lukla to the moment I boarded my plane bound for Kathmandu in Lukla I didn’t want this adventure to end. This was due to the immaculate scenery, fun group and our amazing guide Jhalak Simkhada.
As as a guide, Jhalak was all you can ask for an even more so. One can tell by the way he conducts his guiding that there will not be much on the trails that will come as a suprise to Jhalak. He is a confident leader from both the front and from behind, meaning that as a more independent type I was free to wonder and explore as I saw fit but when Jhalak perceived we were entering in areas of higher risk he corralled our group together and made sure we made the journey to the Everest Base Camp safely.
The EBC trek is bound to make your friends and family green with envy and for your trek you deserve nothing but the best guide. Please take my reccomendstion and ask for Jhalak as your guide! Alex Wilson from Bay Village, OH
